MAKE YOUR OWN TINY BOOK!

1. Cut the inside
Cut the book’s interior section from, thick cardboard (or 1/4”balsa wood). Aim for 0.6” × 0.9”, with a maximum height of 1.5”.

Extra: Paint edges of the cardboard white to look like pages of a book.
Option: Purchase a pre-made tiny book, 1:12th scale, with pages.

2. Make the cover (preferred!)
Cut a cover from paper (white printer paper will work great) slightly wider and taller than the cardboard. Color your cover!

3. Alternate cover option
Instead of coloring a cover, print a tiny book cover, trim it to size.

4. Glue!
Glue your book cover to the cardboard.

5. Swap your book!
Bring your tiny book to the Tiny Library at Poppy Books to swap it.
